Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Accordingly, we stand behind all of our products with buyer protection for damaged items, as well as refunds for non-damaged ready-made frames and a free sample program for custom frames.

How it works

  • 1. Buyer Protection Program For Damaged Items

    If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund including the cost of shipping. A request for replacement or refund must be made within seven days of receipt of merchandise and may be subject to return of item and/or providing photographs of damage.

  • 2.Refunds for Non-Damaged Items

    If you are not satisfied with a non-damaged ready-made item for any reason, you may return it for a full refund less the cost of shipping.  For custom frames we will accept returns at our discretion as we may be unable to re-sell some custom sizes.

  • 3. Free Sample Program For Custom Frames

    We are glad to provide free samples of most of our custom frame styles. To request a free sample, just let us know the style number and your shipping address.
